Health and Wellness Centre - Health Alert
Over the past couple of weeks, we have seen an increase in students presenting with coughs, colds, and other viral infections, including covid, influenza, rhinovirus, slap cheek (also known as fifth disease), and scarlet fever. We encourage families to reinforce good hand hygiene, ensure plenty of rest, and maintain adequate fluid intake to help prevent the spread of illness.
A reminder that any medication sent to school with your son, such as Paracetamol or Ibuprofen, must be delivered to the Health and Wellbeing Centre for safe storage and administration.
For helpful information on distinguishing between the common cold and the flu, please see the link below.

If your son is unwell, please consider keeping them home from school, this assists us in preventing the spread of infection and disrupting your day.
