Old Boys Day 2025 - Book Now

This event offers an ideal opportunity to reconnect with former classmates and enjoy a guided tour of the "new" Iona, including The Provence Centre, Zinelli Building, Marine Science Labs, and other impressive facilities.
The day begins on the sporting fields at 12.15pm, with our rugby and soccer teams facing St Laurence’s in a classic rivalry round. The Iona College Sports Band will be there to lead the cheers, bringing together current students and Old Boys in a musical supergroup. If you’re a former student with a talent for wind, brass, or percussion, why not join the band? Email ionamusic@iona.qld.edu.au for more details.
After the games, the College tour starts at 3.30pm, followed by Mass in the newly refreshed Chapel, which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. The evening will conclude with dinner and drinks at a new venue for 2025 – the historic Lindum-mere, Iona’s “oldest new” building.
This special day of community and connection is one you won’t want to miss. Contact your former classmates, share your best school-day stories, and join us for Old Boys Day 2025.

P&F Ladies' Lunch - Wrap-up
Our wonderful P&F hosted its annual Ladies Lunch on Sunday at the picturesque Manly Harbour Boat Club. The afternoon was filled with laughter, good company, and scenic views by the seaside, all while raising funds for Iona's programs.
The energy and elegance of the ladies dressed to impress created a magical atmosphere, and we hope the unforgettable entertainment by August West was a highlight for all who attended.
A heartfelt thank you to our Ladies Lunch naming rights partner, The Gill Team Remax Advantage, along with Infoways courtesy of the Vallins family and all the sponsors, supporters, and suppliers. This event truly showcased the amazing collaboration between local businesses and the Iona community. Your support made this event possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful!
A huge thank you to the large number of Ionians who attended and supported this event. Thanks to your involvement, the P&F Association raised over $20k to support initiatives within our school community. Congratulations to all the silent auction and raffle prize winners!

A special acknowledgement of the P&F Organising Committee for the countless hours of planning and effort that made this event such a success.
